NCAHD has done what “they” said couldn’t be done… we collected, processed (removed duplicates, etc.) and mapped the most complete set of the nation’s healthcare workforce data for 18 different healthcare providers, and it wasn’t easy.  Since the quality and regulations relative to healthcare workforce varies from state to state and profession to profession, we determined the “gold standard” had to be from each of the profession's state licensure boards.  Although the data from the licensure boards isn’t perfect, it still can provide the most complete view of the nation’s dynamic healthcare workforce landscape.
